"SELL WHAT THE BUYER IS BUYING"

You must sell what the buyer is buying-You must match your abilities, with the needs of the employers to do that, before you know what to emphasize in your answers, you must find out what the buyer is buying what he is looking for. after knowing this you would never say How to crack any job interview

let's understand the situation of conversation in which you have asked the question "Tell me about yourself? Or introduce yourself?" 

Now, what will be the right approach to answer this question let me share our experience.

BEST ANSWER-Start with the present and tell why you are well qualified for the position. A successful interview is based on qualifications to what the interviewer is looking for. Meaning you must sell what the buyer is buying. So, before you answer this question, it's important that you try to uncover your interviewer's greatest needs and needs. To do so, follow these two steps: 

Do all the homework Before the interview to uncover this person's wants and needs (not the generalized needs of the industry or company)

You can quickly research about company/Client

In this, check for the year when was it founded, age of the company.

Check for CEO and main working body of the company

Services company provides and domain they are into

Company's future plans & projects.

Ask complete Description of Job as early as you can sit in the interview, ask for a complete description of what the position entails. You might say:- I have a number of accomplishments I'd like to tell you about. And we don’t want to spend each-other Time, To help me do, could you tell me more about the most important priorities of this position? 

TRAPS- Beware, about 80% of all interviews begin with this “innocent” question. Many candidates are unprepared for the question, recapping their life story, starting with what had been discussed above.

Employees who multitask effectively must be able to rotate their concentration smoothly and entirely from one activity to another. In order to do this successfully, workers must be able to prioritize tasks and address the most critical and pressing demands first.

Now what will be right approach to answer this question let me share our experience.

BEST ANSWER- You can say, I can shift my concentration smoothly and entirely from one task to another without any stress & In order to do this successfully, I prioritize tasks and do the most critical and pressing demands first. I usually set a goal written in my sticky note that what are the important things to be done and use the best skill to finish that task within a time limit, like using technology based Apps, Software or sitting alone, avoid the distraction, avoid unnecessary work.


TRAPS- Beware, Not to say that I can carry out too many tasks at the same time because it will compromised your effectiveness if you do so.

BEST ANSWER- You can say, I can take the benefits of my experience, Firstly I analyze the situation carefully to learn more about the problem. then I Identify alternative solutions. Brainstorming all possible ways to solve the existing problem, then I evaluate the solution and select the best solution, which I further proceed to implement the chosen solution and record the progress and make the required adjustments if needed.

 

TRAPS- Beware, If you say I will discuss with my senior personality and come to conclusion with the solution, that shows you are capable of handling limited area of work and also you need a mentor to support your work.

Being a member of a project management team I have successfully completed the very important tasks within the allotted time scheduled. let me share you my experience with this scenario.

Now, what will be the right approach to answer this question let me share our experience.

BEST ANSWER- You can say, I have the experience to do all the kinds of things and I know what exact time is needed to complete tasks which we had already discussed in job responsibilities and by this weightage of experience I will firstly separate larger goals into smaller actions, I will plan out the exact time and machinery, equipment and manpower needed to complete any particular task, and this whole process will be recorded in most capable software to analyze and track the task properly. I will follow the do's & don'ts of tasks by adopting time-saving strategies and with a healthy and motivating environment I will charge up the team to complete tasks and every single moment will be monitored to track progress which results in finished work within time.

 

TRAPS- Beware, If you say It totally depends upon the resources & manpower provided by the company then it will show a negative working atmosphere because you had gone through the experience that you are not capable of deciding factors to control the budget.
